Concentrix in Katowice, Poland is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our international team, supporting Danish-speaking customers with product information, order inquiries, and issue resolution. This on-site role requires excellent communication and a customer-focused approach.

You will work from our Katowice office, collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth service, while gaining international experience in the power tools and equipment industry.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-focused and professional approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support to Danish-speaking customers.
• Answer questions regarding products, orders, deliveries, and returns.
• Assist customers with product-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Handle customer complaints and find appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer information in internal systems.
• Cooperate with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.
