Job summary

Dorel Juvenile Europe is seeking a Retailer Care Representative for the DACH region to ensure retailers receive exceptional service and support. You will manage orders and shipments, analyze sales results, and act as the main contact for distributors to meet their country-specific requirements.

We value candidates with fluency in German and business-level English, ERP/Salesforce experience, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Some years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Fluency in German is a must, with business proficiency in English.
• Experience working with an ERP system (Salesforce) is helpful.
• Customer oriented while achieving sales targets.
• Strong planning and organizing abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude.
• Strong sense of accountability and taking initiative.

Responsibilities

• Realizing the sales plan and manage on-time corrections to achieve targets.
• Manage multiple accounts, analyze and report sales results, and inform sales managers of issues.
• Plan shipments so products are available within costs, timeframes, and customer requirements.
• Process orders, check correctness and on-time delivery, optimize order streams and handle inquiries.
