Job summary

NKT A/S in Poland is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support the DACH region. You will handle SAP order processing, build relationships with German-speaking customers, and prepare reports on orders, stock levels, and sales. You’ll work with a global team and contribute to ongoing projects.

The role requires Polish as native, German (min. B1+/B2), and English (min B1), plus prior customer service or sales experience and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Higher education or at least secondary education.
• Polish – native language.
• German – min. B1+/B2 level.
• English – min B1 level.
• First experience in customer service or sales field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• SAP knowledge will be appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Order processing in SAP.
• Communication and building relationships with customers from German-speaking countries.
• Preparation of reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data related to orders, stock levels, and sales.
• After-sales activities related to complaints.
• Customers’ debt service.
• Other administrative tasks in available IT tools (SAP, CONNKT, etc.).
• Engagement in local and global projects and other initiatives.
• Supporting colleagues in daily activities – we create a great team to support each other!
