Job summary

You will partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Process Excellence to ensure consistent inputs and effective collaboration. Excellent analytical skills and SAP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Experience in Supply Chain or CPG industries is a plus.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports Customer Collaboration via structured analytics, reporting, and insights for Commercial teams and Key Account Managers.
• Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Process Excellence to ensure alignment.
• Prepares and maintains customer-related performance scorecards, dashboards, and reporting.
• Identifies operational gaps and provides data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Supports service performance reviews and business planning with analysis and inputs.
• Conducts root cause analysis on performance issues and supports corrective actions.
• Drives continuous improvement and automation of tools and reporting.
• Maintains data integrity and governance across systems and reports.
• Supports cost-to-serve, penalties, rebates, and efficiency tracking.
• Prepares documentation and training materials for stakeholders.
