Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Supply Planning Specialist in Kraków to support key customers and optimize product availability across Snacks and Beverages. The role focuses on monitoring stock, coordinating production plans, and minimizing shortages through cross-functional collaboration with logistics and sales teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in supply chain, fluent English and German, and strong analytical skills. Office-based role with close cooperation with PepsiCo teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and German (B2 or higher).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain.
• Strong understanding of interdependencies in the supply chain.
• Good knowledge of warehouse and transport operations.
• Understanding of marketing and campaigns in sales channels.
• Strong analytical and data skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Independent and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product availability for key customers across all channels.
• Identify shortages and coordinate actions to minimize impact.
• Plan deliveries and optimize sourcing and order prioritization.
• Process central customer beverage orders in SAP and verify logistics compliance.
• Analyze stock, forecast, and production plans to ensure service levels.
• Coordinate with Production Planning, DRP, and Transport to avoid shortages.
• Communicate availability status to sales channels and KAM/CSS.
• Support NPD launches and channel-specific campaigns.
