Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to lead the Hungary region's DTC trading and growth strategy. You will report to the Senior Director eCommerce (Eastern Europe) and work with local and regional teams to drive sales and optimize margins.

You will trade the Eastern Europe DTC business day-to-day, collaborating with e-commerce managers, digital experience managers and marketing specialists to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in D2C eCommerce.
• Fluent in Hungarian and English.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce sales strategies and profitability.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation.
• Familiarity with pricing strategies and promotions.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement merchandising, trading and growth strategy for Eastern Europe DTC business.
• Coordinate forecasts, stock allocation and demand signals with cross-functional teams.
• Execute trading plan to maximize gross margin and forecast attainment across categories.
• Maintain a promotional calendar including pricing and discounts.
• Improve product visibility, placement and cross-selling on ecommerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Analyze market trends, pricing data and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage forecast accuracy and inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Report on sales performance, CS KPIs, gross margin and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Share best practices and drive process improvements within regional/global teams.
