Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Manager, CRM PL & EE to lead the strategy and execution of customer relationship marketing across Poland and Eastern Europe, with the role based in Warsaw, Poland. You will drive acquisition, engagement, retention and lifetime value through personalised, data-driven CRM programmes.

You will work across eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Media, Analytics, Creative and Commercial teams to shape customer-first communications and improve commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention marketing or digital marketing in eCommerce or consumer brands.
• Strong experience developing customer lifecycle and retention strategies across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Drive CRM programme growth across Poland and Eastern Europe to boost engagement and lifetime value.
• Develop data-led customer journeys across email, SMS, push notifications and other owned channels.
• Build audience segmentation to improve targeting, conversion and customer experience.
• Own CRM calendar for the region, align with product launches and campaigns.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, Media, Category Marketing, Analytics and Creative teams.
• Lead testing and optimisation of campaigns, content, targeting and channel mix.
• Monitor CRM metrics such as engagement, retention, repeat purchase and revenue contribution.
• Utilise CRM platforms and analytics tools to track performance and provide insights.
