SharkNinja is seeking an E-Commerce Manager (Hungary) to drive DTC trading and growth across Eastern Europe. You will report to the Senior Director eCommerce (Eastern Europe) and collaborate with local and regional teams to execute merchandising, forecasting, and promotional strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in D2C eCommerce.
• Fluent in Hungarian and English.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
• Proficient in pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Analytics.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with forecasting and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising, trading and growth strategies for the Eastern Europe market.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure accurate forecasts, stock allocation and demand signals.
• Execute trading plans to maximize gross margin and forecast attainment.
• Manage promotional calendars including pricing and discounts.
• Enhance product visibility and cross-sell on e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Analyze market trends, pricing data and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Report on sales performance and KPIs to stakeholders.
