Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking an E-Commerce Manager to lead the Hungary region's DTC trading and growth strategy. You will report to the Senior Director eCommerce (Eastern Europe) and work with local and regional teams to drive sales and optimize margins.

You will trade the Eastern Europe DTC business day-to-day, collaborating with e-commerce managers, digital experience managers and marketing specialists to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in D2C eCommerce.
• Fluent in Hungarian and English.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce sales strategies and profitability.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation.
• Familiarity with pricing strategies and promotions.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement merchandising, trading and growth strategy for Eastern Europe DTC business.

• Maintain a promotional calendar including pricing and discounts.

• Manage forecast accuracy and inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Report on sales performance, CS KPIs, gross margin and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Share best practices and drive process improvements within regional/global teams.

We now have an opportunity for anE-Commerce Manager to join the Eastern Europe team. We are searching for someone with strong experience in direct-to-consumer to execute our DTC trading and growth strategy in the Hungary region.

As E-Commerce Manager (Hungary) you will report into the Senior Director eCommerce (Eastern Europe) and you will be responsible for trading the Eastern Europe DTC business for our brands on a day-to-day basis. Supported locally by a team of e-commerce managers, digital experience managers and performance marketing specialists, plus regionally by the global centres of excellence, your task is to help us grow sales due to our very ambitious growth strategy in the Eastern Europe region.

What you will do:

• Work with the Eastern Europe D2C eCommerce team, VP of E-Commerce (Central Europe & New Markets) and DTC Global centers of excellence to establish and implement the merchandising, trading and growth strategy to support our growth ambitions in market.
• Work with wider cross-functional teams in the Eastern Europe region to ensure we have accurate and up-to-date forecasts, stock allocation and demand signalling.
• Execute trading plan focused on maximizing gross margin and forecast attainment across all product categories, considering market dynamics, customer value perception, and competitor pricing.
• Maintain a promotional calendar combining pricing details, website discounts, additional influencer discounts, etc.
• Implement activities to improve product visibility, placement, and cross-selling opportunities across the e-commerce platform and marketplaces.
• Analyze market trends, pricing data, sales performance, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Manage forecast accuracy and inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Report on sales performance, CS KPIs, gross margin and forecast attainment in key product categories, analyzing & presenting data and insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate and support members of the regional/global D2C eCommerce team, setting expectations and establishing best practices and process improvements as appropriate.

What you will have:

• Experience in D2C eCommerce.
• Fluent in Hungarian and English
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce sales strategies and a track record of driving profitability.
• Strong analytical skills & ability to interpret complex data to make informed business decisions.
• Familiarity with pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product placement optimization.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and platforms, such as Excel and Google Analytics.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple teams.
