Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking an E-Commerce Manager for the Eastern Europe region. You will drive D2C growth, manage trading activities, and collaborate with regional teams to optimize profitability and product visibility across online channels.

The role requires strong analytics, pricing strategy experience, and fluency in Czech and English. You will report to the Senior Director eCommerce (Eastern Europe) and work with regional centers of excellence to execute ambitious growth plans.

Qualifications

Experience in D2C eCommerce.
Fluent in Czech and English.
In-depth knowledge of e-commerce sales strategies and track record of profitability.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.

Responsibilities

Establish and implement merchandising, trading and growth strategy for Eastern Europe.
Coordinate forecasts, stock allocation and demand signalling with cross-functional teams.
Execute trading plans to maximize gross margin and forecast attainment.
Maintain a promotional calendar with pricing, discounts and influencer offers.
Improve product visibility, placement and cross-selling on ecommerce platforms.
Analyze market trends, pricing data and performance to identify growth opportunities.
Manage forecasts and inventory to ensure product availability.
Report on sales performance and KPIs to stakeholders.
Collaborate with regional/global D2C team on best practices.
