Job summary

Hitachi Energy Kraków is seeking a customs and trade specialist to coordinate import/export operations and ensure full trade compliance within the Hitachi Energy group. You will check shipping documentation, prepare SAP GTS instructions for customs agencies, and stay in touch with internal customers to resolve customs matters.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in customs/trade or logistics, knowledge of HS codes and Incoterms, and English at B2 level.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in customs/trade/logistics.
Knowledge of Customs Law and Regulations (HS codes, Incoterms, procedures).
Experience with SAP GTS is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Hard skill: detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Coordinate customs operations (import and export) for Hitachi Energy group.
Check shipping documents to ensure trade compliance.
Prepare customs instructions in SAP GTS for Customs Agencies.
Liaise with internal customers to provide and receive information on customs matters.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
