Concentrix in Katowice is seeking a customer service specialist to respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring a friendly, professional experience. You will guide travelers through changes, cancellations, refunds, and provide flight and product information to partners.

The role offers a solid training program and opportunities for growth within the international team. Working hours include a 3-month training period (Mon-Fri, 08:30-17:00) followed by rotational shifts (08:00-16:30,

Qualifications

• Russian C1 and English B2 proficiency in spoken and written.
• Calm, well-organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Positive energy and enjoy interacting with customers and colleagues.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a friendly, professional manner.
• Help customers navigate travel difficulties and ensure support at every step.
