Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics to resolve questions and complaints.
• Manage a portfolio of customers as the main contact point and coordinate solutions.
• Handle incoming customer orders and confirm delivery dates.
• Keep customers informed about production, planning and shipping.
• Consult production plants about supply status and organize logistics services.
• Support Sales with prospecting new customers and opportunities.
• Update customer master data and maintain price quotations.
• Follow up on submitted offers and track success rates.
• Contribute to timely payment of customer invoices.
