Responsabilités

• Provide quote preparation, order tracking, backlog processing, invoicing and returns.
• Resolve customer credit problems and discrepancies; expedite orders and report stock rotation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and KPIs.
• Maintain and update electronic or hard copy records.
