Job summary

Farnell is seeking a Czech and/or Slovak speaking Customer Service Agent in Kraków to support customers with inquiries, orders and product information. Training is provided and you will join a team that values first-class service and cross-selling opportunities.

You will handle quotes, order tracking, invoicing and returns while maintaining a positive attitude and professional communication in English and local languages.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Contact Center or customer service.
• Fluency in Czech and/or Slovak; proficient English.
• Excellent telephone manners and ability to connect with customers quickly.
• Knowledge of Microsoft packages and ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with quotes, order tracking, backlog processing, invoicing, returns and credit issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and KPIs.
• Maintain good customer relations and resolve claims fairly according to consumer laws.
• Update electronic and/or hard copy records as required.
