Job summary

WW Talents in Greece is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join international teams in Athens or Thessaloniki. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, providing accurate and professional support on a variety of projects.

This on-site role offers €1,300–€1,500 gross per month (14-month pay), plus bonuses and a full relocation package (hotel, airport pickup, flight, and real estate assistance).

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level, written and spoken.

Job description

We are looking for Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Specialists to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. Depending on the project, you may provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, claims support, or support for business customers

Working Location: Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece
Work Model: On-site
Language: Dutch – C1/C2level
English: B2–C1, depending on the project
Salary: €1,300* 14-months gross/month +bonus (depending on the project)+Full relocation package (4 weeks hotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)
Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day, 2 rotative days off.
