WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking B2B Sales Agent to join an international team supporting SMEs with cloud-based solutions. Focus on outbound sales, lead generation, and pipeline management rather than closing every sale. Location: Athens, Greece; on-site work model, with relocation support.

The role requires Dutch and English at C1, a diploma or degree, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Training is provided, with a performance bonus and international environment.

We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking B2B Sales Agent to join an international team supporting small and medium-sized businesses for a global leader in the industry.

In this role, you will focus on outbound sales, lead generation, business development, and pipeline management, helping businesses discover cloud-based products and solutions.

The role focuses on generating and qualifying sales opportunities rather than directly closing every sale.

Work Location: Athens, Greece

Work Model: On-site

Language: Dutch – C1 level

English: C1 level

Compensation: €1,400 gross/month *14 month+bonus+Full relocation package (hotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)

Workşng Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends

Your Responsibilities

• Strong accountability and motivation.
• Good PC skills and confidence using online tools and applications.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree.

What We Offer

• €1,400 gross monthly salary for 14 months
• Quarterly performance bonus of up to 60% of one gross salary, with additional earning potential based on overachievement.
