Job Objective: MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high‑quality semiconductor products, including an extensive marketing and sales network throughout the world: China, Americas, EMEA, APAC. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in Poland, with at least 1‑2 years experience in the Semiconductor or Logistics industry.
Responsibilities
- Answers incoming sales calls via telephone, e‑mails and facsimile requests.
- Clarifies and fulfills customer requests/needs by presenting various selections of products and services, providing pricing information as requested.
- Understands and responds to customer delivery needs by interfacing with internal personnel.
- Understands and supports established sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to customers.
- Processes all paperwork for orders to include sales contracts, prints and documentation. * FTZ‑control documentation for routing guide internally to comply with shipping requirements.
- Resolves customer concerns in an expeditious and tactful manner.
- Keeps customers AR up to date and resolves any past‑due invoices or payment disputes. * Prepare for external audits as requested.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 1‑2 years of work experience in the semiconductor or logistics industry.
- Knowledge:
- SAP HANA ERP system for customer order management.
- Supply Chain and Customer Service experience (advantageous).
- Experience in the Semiconductor industry (advantageous).
- Model N system (advantageous).
- FTZ process (advantageous).
- Abilities/Qualities:
- Proficient in using office software.
- Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Skills/Certifications:
- Project and personnel management skills, as well as interdepartmental coordination skills.
- Market and customer communication skills.
