Pollmeier Massivholz is seeking a coordination-focused professional to streamline order processing from inquiry to payment and strengthen customer relationships in an international setting.

You will maintain SAP customer records, support process improvements, and act as a hub for internal knowledge transfer while collaborating with global teams.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• You are responsible for coordinating and processing all customer orders from inquiry to payment
• You communicate with our customers and acquire orders from existing customers
• You are the central point of contact for interfaces in day-to-day business and manage internal knowledge transfer
• You record and maintain customer data in SAP
• You independently take on project tasks within the framework of process optimization

What We Are Looking For

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience combined with a strong customer‑oriented mindset and excellent organizational skills
• Independent and structured working style paired with a collaborative and team‑oriented approach
• Native level Polish language skills as well as very good English skills; any additional language skills are considered a plus
