Job summary

IAG GBS Poland sp. z o.o. offers a three-month paid internship in the Finance Operations team in Kraków.

You will support daily activities, contribute to period-end processes, and engage in continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment. Ideal candidates are finance students or graduates with Excel experience, an analytical mindset, and strong English; Spanish is a plus. You will collaborate across teams to support operations and learn how the Global Business Centre

Qualifications

• Be a student (or graduate) of finance or other related fields of studies.
• Be willing to be a part of a dynamic and challenging job environment.
• Have previous experience using Excel (projects, work)
• Have an analytical mind and excellent attention to detail.
• Be self-motivated and have good teamwork skills.
• Have a good command of spoken and written English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducting simple as well as more complex analyses with the support of your colleagues and managers
• Shadowing your colleagues to observe how to build and manage business relations with our stakeholders
• Observing various financial processes within the company
• Working closely across teams to support them in their daily operations
• Learning how the Global Business Centre operates
