Job summary

Physiol is seeking a Customer Service Intern for a 6-month paid internship in Kraków with a hybrid work setup. The role supports customers and internal teams with day-to-day operations, including order entry and data management, while you learn how a customer service function operates in an international company.

Ideal candidates are active students with about 1 year of customer service or admin experience, proficient in MS Office (Excel), and familiar with ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Is available for at least 30 hours per week.
• Has active student status.
• Has around 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative support (internships count!).
• Is comfortable using MS Office (especially Excel).
• Has familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (or is eager to learn).
• Speaks English and French fluently.
