Job summary

Barry Callebaut Group is seeking a Customer Service Continuous Improvement and Training Analyst to enhance service operations by identifying improvements, implementing best practices, and delivering ongoing training and support. You will collaborate with the customer excellence team, SMEs, sales, and supply chain to ensure smooth operations and high satisfaction.

Strong analytical and training skills, with SAP/Salesforce experience, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent in English.
• 5 years in process improvement, preferably in a customer service environment.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft tools (Power Query, Power BI).
• SAP knowledge is a must; experience with Salesforce and EDI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with stakeholders to map current processes and identify improvements.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses to align processes with best practices.
• Develop, implement and promote best-practice standards in customer service.
• Keep training materials and work instructions up-to-date with new findings.
• Lead a team of O2C power-users to deliver on-the-job learning and motivation.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing KPIs for management.
