Job summary

Barry Callebaut Group is seeking a Senior GBS Transformation Lead to drive strategic transformation across the end-to-end Supply Chain, partnering with senior leaders to design and deliver large-scale initiatives that improve planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service.

You will identify improvement opportunities, lead programs, and ensure adoption of new processes and technologies while driving efficiency, agility, and business value globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in transformation, continuous improvement, or large-scale change within Supply Chain or related fields.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional transformation programs with measurable impact.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and operating models.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or equivalent CI methodologies.
• PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile) are a plus.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; ability to work in international environments.
• Willingness to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, service levels, efficiency, cost, and customer experience.
• Define scope, objectives, and measurable outcomes with senior stakeholders.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Drive governance, risk management, and milestone delivery for programs.
• Analyze current processes, design future-state models, and lead standardization efforts.
• Support digital transformation, ERP implementations, automation, and analytics initiatives.
• Act as trusted advisor to Supply Chain leadership on priorities and change initiatives.
