Job summary

Promise Group, a leading Microsoft partner in the CEE region, is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist in Warszawa. You will support daily operations, prepare reports in Excel/SQL, manage invoices, monitor partner orders, and assist the Sales team with portal administration.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and Power Query.
• Ability to create and analyze basic reports in Excel and Power BI.
• Fluent Polish and English language skills.
• Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles is required.
• A higher education degree is required.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent time management and ability to work in a hybrid/remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational processes in the department.
• Prepare reports and analyses in Excel and SQL.
• Issue and verify invoices.
• Monitor and process Partner orders.
• Assist in preparing presentations and analyses.
• Support Sales in portal administration.
• Collaborate with team members and back office teams.
