Promise Group in Poland is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer (Infrastructure) in Warsaw with hybrid or remote work options. You will participate in IT projects, architecture, configuration, and presales activities to deliver client-focused infrastructure solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar role with On-Prem, Exchange, AD DS/AD CS, EntraID, Migration to M365 and PowerShell, plus strong English (B2) and Polish (C1+) skills.

• 5+ years in a similar role with Microsoft infrastructure experience.
• Experience implementing Microsoft infrastructure products.
• Strong presales and business communication skills.
• English proficiency at least B2; Polish at C1+.

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Senior Solution Engineer (Infrastructure)!

Key Responsibilities

• Participation in IT projects (architecture, configuration) and analysis and creation of business requirements specifications;
• Participation in presales activities and supporting the delivery of IT projects.
• Lead and facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and align technical solutions with client needs.
• Collaboration with delivery, presales and business team.

Our Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a similar role with expertise On-Prem – Exchange, AD DS, AD CS, EntraID, Migration to M365, PowerShell
• Experience in implementing Microsoft products (especially infrastructure solutions).
• Strong presales and business communication skills.
• English proficiency (at least B2 level).
• Polish language at C1+ level.
