Job summary

CHEP seeks a Customer Service Specialist in Warsaw to handle incoming calls, queries and complaints with timely, high-quality responses. You will onboard new customers, support them via myCHEP, process orders and resolve invoicing issues.

Fluency in English and Romanian is required, along with experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain or FMCG. This hybrid role requires in-office presence in Warsaw twice per week and offers long-term growth and a competitive salary with annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or FMCG.
• Fluency in English and Romanian.
• Team player with ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous responses to all calls/queries/complaints.
• Follow up on customer queries and service requests promptly.
• Investigate and resolve customer enquiries (audit, financial, account health, logistics, reporting).
• On-board new customers including myCHEP training and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain customer relations and admin support via systems (myCHEP), phone and email.
• Process customer orders and declarations accurately; resolve credit/invoicing queries.
• Perform joint customer visits with Account Managers if necessary.
• Provide analytical data to internal stakeholders and support on account queries.
• Participate in department projects and identify root causes.
