Job summary

Talangeo is seeking a Customer Care Representative with German to support German-speaking B2B customers in an international setting. You will manage orders in ERP/CRM systems and coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance and Supply Chain teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in customer service/order management, German at C2 and English at C1, and experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus. The position offers a hybrid work model with 4 days in office and 1 day remote.

Qualifications

We’re looking for an experienced B2B Customer Service / Customer Care / Order Management professional to support German-speaking customers within an international organisation.

Location: Warsaw

What will you do?

• Act as the main point of contact for B2B customers in the German-speaking market
• Process and monitor customer orders in ERP/CRM systems
• Coordinate order fulfilment with Sales, Logistics, Finance and Supply Chain teams
• Manage delivery updates, customer queries and complaints
• Support payment-related issues and maintain accurate customer data
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience

What are we looking for?

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Care, Order Management or a similar role
• German – C2
• English – C1
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems
• Experience working in an international environment
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is an advantage. BPO, Shared Services or consulting backgrounds are also welcome.
