Merck Group in Wroclaw is seeking a Customer Support Representative to be the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and web, handling inquiries with professionalism.

You will own the full order cycle from entry to status updates, resolve shipping issues, and provide timely documentation in a dynamic, international team environment. The role offers a hybrid work model with CET hours and opportunities to grow across diverse skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English and German is essential.
• Strong accuracy and ownership of each customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email and web, handling inquiries professionally.

• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance and Distribution teams to ensure seamless interactions.
• Work in a hybrid model from the Wroclaw office with standard CET hours.

Work model: 5 days per week from office in Wroclaw for onboarding and initial collaboration, after which a hybrid model will be followed.

In your role as a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries through phone, email, and web with professionalism and care. You will take ownership of the full order cycle — from order entry and status follow-up to resolving shipping issues and providing timely documentation — all within a dynamic, international team environment.

Working closely with our Commercial, Finance and Distribution teams, you’ll ensure every interaction is seamless. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career while mastering diverse skills sets in a dynamic, collaborative international environment. This role is based in our local office with standard contact center hours from 8:0 0 am to 5:30 pm CET.
