Job summary

Qualifications

3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Experience translating business needs into requirements and user stories.
Experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions and product lifecycles.

Responsibilities

Translate business challenges into clear business requirements, user stories, and specifications.
Facilitate workshops, document processes, use cases, and business cases.
Support AI-enabled and CRM solutions with Product Owners and IT teams.
Analyze customer service processes and identify efficiency improvements.
Assist with backlog preparation, UAT, release readiness, and implementation.
Collaborate across functions and geographies to deliver global CRM initiatives.
