Job summary

WSA EMEA is seeking a CRM Data Analyst to turn service and CRM data into actionable insights that enhance global service operations. You will build reports and dashboards, monitor data quality, and support AI-powered transformation initiatives across the CRM analytics landscape.

Based in Komorniki, Poland, you will collaborate with Product, IT and Operations to understand reporting needs, drive data-driven decisions, and ensure reliable data for performance analysis across markets.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or CRM Analyst role.
Experience building reports, dashboards, and working with BI tools.
Strong Excel skills with data manipulation.
Experience with Power BI, CRM Analytics, QlikView or similar reporting platforms.
Exposure to CRM systems; Salesforce experience is an advantage.
Exposure to AI-enabled analytics or interest in applying AI to improve analysis and processes.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Data Analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain and optimize reports and dashboards to monitor service performance and KPIs.
Analyze CRM and service data to identify trends and opportunities for transformation and AI initiatives.
Measure impact of new CRM capabilities and service improvements through reporting.
Monitor and improve data quality to ensure accurate reporting.
Collaborate with Product, IT and Operations to understand reporting requirements.
Support integration of service data into broader reporting solutions (Power BI and others).
Investigate customer service data to provide actionable insights.
