As a CRM Data Analyst, you will play a key role in turning service and CRM data into meaningful insights that help improve our global service operations. Working closely with Product, IT and Operations teams, you will build reports and dashboards, monitor data quality, and support transformation and AI initiatives through data-driven analysis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems through data, has a strong attention to detail and is passionate about creating reporting that enables better decision‑making.
You will be based in our office in Komorniki, Poland, working alongside other Poland‑based colleagues while being part of a global CRM Service team. Your manager will be based in Lynge, Denmark, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across markets and functions.
