Job summary

Team Internet AG in Kraków, Poland is seeking a hands-on Senior Business Analyst to join the Data & AI department. You will support reporting, data processes, automation, and CRM management across the business, bridging goals with reliable data solutions and end-to-end initiatives.

You will act as CRM superadmin, design data pipelines, and build dashboards using Power BI and SQL, while leveraging Python for automation and AI-enhanced workflows. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, BI Analyst, or related role.
• Ability to translate business goals into reporting, processes and system solutions.
• Strong Power BI and SQL skills with data modeling and KPI design.
• Experience with CRM governance, data quality, and automation.
• Proficiency in Python for analytics and automation is a plus.
• Fluent English and proven stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate end-to-end business solutions by translating needs into requirements.
• Own high-impact initiatives from discovery to rollout with cross-team coordination.
• Act as CRM superadmin, maintaining CRM setup, data quality, and configurations.
• Build reports and dashboards with Power BI; write and optimize SQL queries.
• Design and support ETL/ELT data pipelines feeding dashboards and workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions via Python scripts and APIs.
• Promote BI and automation best practices through reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Lead complex product, reporting, or automation initiatives from discovery to success metrics.
