Job summary

WSA – Wonderful Sound for All is seeking a CRM Data Analyst to transform service and CRM data into actionable insights. You will build reports and dashboards, monitor data quality, and support AI-driven transformation across global service operations.

The role requires 2–3 years in a data/CRM analytics capacity, strong BI tooling experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field. Based in Komorniki, Poland, you will collaborate with teams across markets in a global CRM Service

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a Data Analyst/CRM Analyst role.
• Experience building reports and dashboards using BI tools.
• Strong Excel skills and data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and optimize reports and dashboards for service performance and KPIs.
• Analyze CRM and service data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Measure impact of new CRM capabilities, AI-enabled solutions, and service improvements through reporting.
• Monitor and improve data quality for accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with Product, IT and Operations to support CRM analytics.
• Support integration of service data into broader reporting solutions (Power BI and others).
• Investigate customer service data to provide actionable insights.
