Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced Credit Block Processor who will support day-to-day Credit Block operations and act as a Customer Success Backup during absences. You will manage unblock and lockdown tasks, client communications, and CRM documentation with a focus on accuracy and reliability.

The role requires expert English, strong communication, and the ability to work independently during US business hours, with proficient MS Office and CRM tools across teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• 3+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably in financial services.
• Ability to communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Unblock and Lockdown tasks and related Credit Block duties.
• Handle outbound calls for unblocks, lockdowns, and other Credit Block matters.
• Manage customer inquiries via phone and email; provide timely updates.
• Maintain records and CRM documentation; support administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure data accuracy before communicating with clients.
• Serve as Customer Success Backup during absences with proactive client communication.
• Generate credit reports and other ad hoc reports; ensure CRM accuracy 95%+.
• Collaborate across Clients, Sales, Operations, and Finance to meet client expectations.
