Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Staff Services Operations Admin to manage onboarding, contracts, and related documents, ensuring smooth transitions for employees and contractors at every step across the lifecycle.

You will oversee workflows, maintain accurate databases, perform background checks, support the onboarding team, handle offboarding notices, and collaborate with other teams on changes, taxes, and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant HR/People Operations experience.
• Experience handling employee/contractor lifecycle and records management.
• Experience working with HR systems/databases.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: manage onboarding process, ensure contracts and documents are sent and signed timely.
• Operations: oversee workflows and maintain contractor/employee databases for internal and outsourced teams.
• Offboarding: review offboarding requests and facilitate sending notices; other related tasks as needed.
