Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a customer service professional to support blocking/unblocking processes and related tasks. The role requires handling inquiries by phone and email, performing administrative duties, and providing timely updates to clients and referral sources.

The ideal candidate has expert English, strong communication skills, and at least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in finance.

• Expert level fluency in English is required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Unblock and lockdown process and other related tasks.
• Handle outbound calls for unblocks and lockdowns and other related tasks.
• Managing customer service inquiries in a timely manner via phone and email.
• Ad hoc projects as needed.
