Plateful is seeking a performance-focused Video Editor to craft high-converting direct response ads for Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and other paid channels. This role emphasizes hooks, storytelling, pacing, retention, and conversions, not cinematic editing.

You will work closely with Creative Strategists to turn scripts into ads that capture attention, drive purchases, and maximize every second of footage. A strong portfolio and AI-enabled workflow are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing videos for DTC eCommerce brands and direct response ads.
• Strong storytelling and pacing to drive conversions.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, full-time role.
