Job summary

Canva Poland is seeking a Creative Strategist to own the growth creative engine, turning paid spend into compounding performance across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels.

You'll lead a small pod, guide creators, and work closely with media buyers and analytics to blend art and science, all while championing local market nuances and delivering scalable, creator-first campaigns.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in growth or performance marketing with a focus on creative strategy.
• Hands-on with Meta, TikTok, and YouTube creative.
• Experience guiding and coaching video editors, designers, writers, or creators.
• Strong ability to partner with media buying and analytics teams to connect data and creative.
• Fluent in English and Polish with strong cultural resonance for local campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creative strategy and process across channels.
• Lead a pod through the full creative cycle: research, briefing, production, and review.
• Analyse creative performance using dashboards and cohort insights.
• Manage and mentor video editors, designers, and writers to deliver scalable creatives.
• Collaborate with media buying and analytics to balance art and science.
• Champion the Polish market and translate trends into creative assets.
• Accelerate workflows using AI tools for ideation and asset generation.
• Support funnel conversion with compelling, performance-driven creative.
