Job summary

eSky Group in Katowice is looking for a Product Manager to join the VTO Product Proposition team. You will optimize conversion and CES across the booking funnel, with emphasis on the final steps where customers configure and pay for trips. You’ll work with fellow PMs/POs to provide evidence, diagnose issues, and prioritise fixes.

Success is measured by improvements in CTR, CVR, CES and revenue. You will drive discovery and delivery, run A/B tests, and collaborate with engineering, design,

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months product management experience in e-commerce/OTA or conversion optimization.
• Experience designing and running A/B and multivariate tests with an understanding of statistical significance.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g. GA4) and behavioral tools (e.g. Hotjar).
• Fluent English; Polish language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own conversion rate optimization roadmap with a focus on bottom of funnel impact.
• Analyze funnel data, session recordings and customer contacts to identify root causes of friction.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, commercial and CX to move backlog items to production.
• Write PRDs and acceptance criteria to keep delivery moving.
