Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Product Manager to own the CDMS platform in Kraków. You will define the long-term roadmap, manage the day-to-day backlog with an agile team, and shape the front-end experience used by managers and colleagues.

You will onboard teams, translate demand into scalable capabilities, and ensure regulatory and security compliance. You will lead cross-functional work with design, user research, compliance, and architecture across the UK and Central Europe, driving OKRs and measurable

Qualifications

• 5+ years Product Management experience in agile/scrum environments, including ownership of a product or capability end to end.
• Experience of a shared platform/internal capability consumed by other product teams.
• Track record of setting product strategy and delivering against it.

Responsibilities

• Set long-term CDMS platform strategy and deliver roadmap.
• Run day-to-day backlog with agile engineering team in Kraków.
• Own reusable document-management capabilities (upload, OCR, metadata, storage, APIs, search).
• Shape front-end experience for managers and colleagues with design and user research.
• Onboard new journey teams, map demand to existing capabilities, ensure scale.
