Job summary

CoreWeave Europe is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) to support high-volume interview scheduling and candidate communications across EMEA from Warsaw, Poland. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to maintain smooth logistics and accurate data throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

You will work closely with Greenhouse users, help create requisitions, and drive process improvements while embracing AI tools to boost efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Experience in Talent Acquisition Coordination or similar role.
• Experience coordinating high-volume interview activity across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• First point of contact for talent pipeline; maintain professional communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across EMEA.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the interview process.
• Support recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers with scheduling and logistics.
• Create and maintain job requisitions, interview plans, and postings in Greenhouse.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and system integrity.
• Support interviewer enablement and process adherence.
• Assist with recruiting operations initiatives and process improvements.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency where appropriate.
