Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Recruitment Partner - EMEA to lead full life cycle recruitment for multiple countries. You will work with hiring managers, candidates, and HR teams to deliver a superb candidate experience and timely hiring decisions.

You will build strong relationships with applicants and internal teams, manage processes, and educate stakeholders on recruitment best practices while supporting a fast-paced, global environment. Hybrid work in Warsaw, Poland is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Experience with HR systems and openness to learn new processes.
• Ability to coordinate with remote stakeholders daily.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
• Solid written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting (briefing, posting, screening, interviewing, negotiating and hiring) for various positions, with a focus on hiring manager partnership and candidate experience.
• Proactive search for potential candidates and inviting them to participate in recruitment processes.
• Build positive, long-term relationships with job-seekers and internal stakeholders.
• Escalate issues when required and collaborate to resolve them.
• Educate hiring managers on roles, responsibilities, and recruitment processes.
• Partner with HR, Compensation and Benefits to manage recruiting processes and system issues.
