Job summary

Moderna is strengthening its international business services hub in Warsaw and seeks an experienced procurement and contracting professional to oversee the full contract lifecycle—from drafting through Legal review, negotiation, approvals, signature and downstream procurement activities.

You will work within MESH to support CLM capabilities, promote governance, and drive AI-enabled process improvements across global contracting operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience negotiating, drafting and finalizing commercial contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree required; other relevant experience may substitute.
• Knowledge of competitive bidding principles and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full contract lifecycle from request to signature and invoicing.
• Manage Legal review workflows and approvals.
• Draft and edit a broad range of commercial agreements (professional services, software, logistics).
• Develop and maintain standardized contracting templates (MSA, Supply, Distribution).
• Collaborate with Procurement to align contracting with commercial strategy.
• Support CLM systems and digital contracting workflows; improve efficiency and governance.
• Build strong relationships with global stakeholders and drive process improvements.
