Moderna is expanding its Warsaw-based Enterprise Solutions Hub (MESH) and seeks an experienced procurement and contracting professional to lead the full contract lifecycle. You will coordinate requests, drafting, legal reviews, negotiations, approvals, and downstream procurement activities while supporting CLM capabilities.

The role emphasizes governance, digital workflows, and scalable contracting practices to support Moderna's growth in mRNA medicines.

Qualificações

6+ years of experience negotiating, drafting and finalizing commercial contracts across professional services, software, drug substance and distribution.
Bachelor’s degree required; practical experience may substitute for formal education.
Knowledge of legal and commercial terms in business contracts.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate and manage contracts across the full lifecycle from initial request to signature and invoicing.
Review, draft and edit a broad range of commercial agreements reflecting business needs and applicable terms.
Develop, update and maintain contract templates for various agreement types (MSAs, consulting, supply, licenses).
Partner with Procurement Category Management to translate procurement decisions into contracts and ensure alignment with strategy.
Support CLM systems and digital contracting workflows (e.g., Agiloft) to improve visibility and efficiency.
Strengthen contract governance, compliance and records management across the organization.
