Job summary

Moderna Therapeutics is seeking an experienced procurement and contracting professional to manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle within the MESH in Warsaw. You will coordinate requests, drive legal reviews, negotiate terms, and support CLM platforms to enable scalable, compliant contracting across global operations.

The role emphasizes governance, templates modernization, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Procurement and business partners to deliver timely and efficient

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience negotiating, drafting, and finalizing a variety of commercial contracts including but not limited to professional services, software, drug substance, drug product, logistics and distribution.
• Bachelor’s degree required; demonstrated experience may be substituted for the educational requirements
• Knowledge of legal and commercial terms and concepts and familiarity with basic business contracts

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial contracting activities across the full contract lifecycle: from initial requests and drafting through Legal review, negotiation, approvals, signature and downstream procurement activities.
• Coordinate incoming contract requests and Legal review workflows, track progress and coordinate signature processes.
• Review, draft and edit a broad range of commercial agreements across categories including professional services, software, drug substance, drug product, logistics and distribution.
