Job summary

Moderna Poland sp. z o.o. seeks an experienced Procurement & Contract Manager to oversee the full commercial contract lifecycle within the MESH hub in Warsaw.

You will coordinate agreements from initial requests through Legal review, negotiation, approval, signature, and downstream procurement activities, while enhancing CLM capabilities with AI-driven solutions. The role emphasizes collaboration with Legal, Procurement, and global partners to ensure compliant, scalable contracting practices

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial contracts across full lifecycle.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Procurement and business partners.
• Familiarity with CLM platforms and contract governance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage contracts from request to signature and invoicing.
• Draft, review and edit a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Maintain standardized templates (MSAs, Service, Supply, Distribution).
• Support CLM capabilities and governance across the organization.
• Drive process improvements and AI-enabled contracting solutions.
