Job summary

LAPP Business Services in Poland (Wroclaw) is seeking a Contract Manager to review and negotiate customer contracts, including NDAs and framework agreements, in an international environment. You will identify risks and provide practical recommendations while coordinating with German-speaking stakeholders and leveraging English fluency.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Law (LL.B., LL.M. or equivalent).
  • Experience in contract management or legal operations.
  • Experience negotiating international contracts.
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
  • Good German language skills for coordinating with German-speaking stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365; CLM systems are a plus.
  • Interest in AI, digitalization and process improvement.
  • Proactive, independent worker and team player.

Responsibilities

  • Review, draft and negotiate customer contracts including NDAs and framework agreements.
  • Identify contractual, legal and commercial risks and provide recommendations.
  • Support global and regional contract negotiations and issue resolution.
  • Track contract-related milestones and lifecycle deadlines.
  • Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks and clause libraries.
  • Contribute to CLM processes and system implementations.
  • Prepare contract summaries and risk assessments for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate stakeholder coordination for contract workflows.
  • Support AI-driven initiatives in contract management.

Your tasks
  • Review, draft and negotiate customer contracts, including NDAs, framework agreements and other commercial contracts.
  • Identify contractual, legal and commercial risks and provide practical business-oriented recommendations.
  • Support global and regional contract negotiations and facilitate the resolution of contract-related matters.
  • Track and manage contract-related issues, deadlines and milestones throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of contract templates, playbooks and clause libraries.
  • Contribute to the implementation and further development of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and systems.
  • Prepare contract summaries, risk assessments and decision-support materials for stakeholders and management.
  • Facilitate effective stakeholder coordination and support efficient contract-related workflows and projects.
  • Contribute to process optimization, digitalization and AI-driven initiatives within the contract management function.
Your profile
  • University degree in Law (LL.B., LL.M. or equivalent legal qualification).
  • Relevant experience in contract management, commercial law, legal operations or a comparable role.
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts in an international business environment.
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
  • Good German language skills are required, as the role involves regular coordination and communication with German-speaking stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance legal and commercial considerations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications; experience with CLM systems is an advantage.
  • Interest in AI, digitalization, automation and process improvement.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Team player with a hands-on attitude and willingness to continuously learn and develop.
