Your tasks
- Support the Global & EMEA Contract Management Team throughout the entire contract lifecycle and act as a key coordinator for contract-related activities.
- Drive efficient contract operations by coordinating stakeholders, managing workflows and ensuring transparency across ongoing matters.
- Support the implementation, administration and continuous improvement of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes, systems and data quality standards.
- Maintain dashboards, reports and management updates to support informed decision-making.
- Prepare presentations, meeting documentation and status updates for internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective stakeholder coordination and ensure transparency across contract-related activities, workflows and projects.
- Contribute to process optimization, digitalization and AI-driven initiatives within the contract management function.
- Ensure high-quality contract documentation, data management and governance standards across systems and repositories.
Your profile
- First experience in business operations, project coordination, shared services, contract management, legal operations or a comparable function.
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
- Good German language skills are highly desirable, as the role involves regular coordination and communication with German-speaking stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
- Confident in engaging with stakeholders across different functions and organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
- Experience with CLM, CRM or similar business systems is an advantage.
- Interest in AI, digitalization, automation and modern workplace technologies.
- Strong affinity for systems, data and process improvement.
- Analytical mindset combined with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Team player with a hands-on attitude, ownership mentality and willingness to continuously learn and develop.
