Job summary

Netwrix Corporation in Kraków is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead our contract administration and governance across the lifecycle. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, driving compliance, risk management, and operational discipline.

You will partner with Legal Counsel and business stakeholders to review contracts, implement CLM best practices, and ensure timely documentation and reporting in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading contract administration or legal operations teams.
• Strong experience executing contract governance, policies, and controls.
• Proven ability to oversee contract lifecycle from execution to renewal and termination.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and risk escalation.
• Ability to partner with Legal Counsel and business stakeholders on reviews and negotiations.
• Hands-on experience with CLM systems and related reporting.
