Job summary

Euroclear is seeking an IT Asset and Configuration Manager to lead governance and process implementation for CMDB, with strong ServiceNow CMDB expertise. You will define data sharing agreements, KPIs and dashboards to ensure data quality and act on remediation actions.

In this permanent hybrid role, you will engage with CMDB data providers and customers, drive data completeness, and embed governance into daily IT operations. Strong communication and delivery focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT Asset and Configuration Management processes (ITIL) and data management.
• Ability to define, document and implement transversal processes with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to propose KPIs, dashboards and controls to meet CMDB quality expectations.
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB implementation, including discovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and processes for IT Asset and Configuration Management.
• Define data sharing agreements and KPIs with CMDB data providers and customers.
• Ensure KPI reporting and remediation actions; drive data quality in CMDB.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to operationalize CMDB governance in ServiceNow.
